WebDot Digital provides custom design and development services. Because our work is highly customized and begins immediately upon receiving an advance, our refund terms reflect the nature of service-based work.

1. Advance payments Projects begin only after the advance payment (typically 50% of the project value) is received. This advance covers discovery, strategy, initial design exploration, and resource allocation.

2. Cancellation before work begins If you cancel within 48 hours of paying the advance and before any design or development work has started, you are eligible for a full refund minus payment gateway charges (typically 2–3%).

3. Cancellation after work begins Once the discovery phase or any design/development work has started, the advance becomes non-refundable, as we have already allocated time and resources. You will, however, receive all work completed up to that point.

4. Cancellation by us In the rare case that we are unable to deliver the project for reasons on our side, we will refund the unused portion of the advance in full within 7–10 business days.

5. Monthly retainer Retainer services are billed monthly in advance. You may cancel a retainer with 15 days' written notice before the next billing cycle. Refunds are not provided for the current month once it has started.

6. Final payment & deliverables The final 50% payment is due upon project completion and before final files/store ownership is transferred. No refunds are available after final delivery and handover.

7. How to request a refund Email komal@webdotdigital.com with your project details and reason for the refund request. We respond to all requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

8. Disputes Any disputes will be resolved through direct communication first. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, India.
